We handle all orders on a first email to reserve – first served basis. With many of our items, there is only one or two available. If you see something of interest, email us to reserve them before someone else does. With that said, we cannot reserve a figure or figures for weeks. A few days is reasonable. Please include your country and postal zip code in your first email so we can work on a shipping estimate.
Shipment is made as soon as confirmed payment is received. We take checks and money orders in US dollars through the snail mail as well as Paypal over the internet. Prices do NOT include shipping and insurance. Because of our location, we have to use the United States Post Office for all shipping. We have no other shipping options at present.
Since shipping is very expensive (particularly to other countries), it is much cheaper, per figure, to order multiple figures at once. Therefore, we offer a lay-away if you are interested. One half payment upon confirmation of the order and a second payment within a reasonable time (i.e. two, three or four weeks).
With worldwide orders - any additional customs, taxes, fees or charges are your responsibility. We will NOT deceive, lie to or obstruct your home country’s efforts to impose their customs taxes, fees and charges. Please do NOT ask us to do so. Overseas orders require that we box your order and deliver it to the Post Office for insurance payment. Because of this, we cannot insure your package for the correct amount and then state it is worth much less on a customs declaration. The Postal workers will not allow it.
A few countries also have restrictions or bans on Nazi symbols including action figures. If these are confiscated by your country’s customs authorities, it is your responsibility. We cannot issue a refund because you did not know.
